The September 11th National Memorial Trail

The September 11th National Trail Alliance Announces the Interim Route Alignment across Pennsylvania and an Inaugural Bicycle Tour from the Flight 93 National Memorial to National September 11Memorial in NYC.

You’re Invited

To a Bicycle Tour Stop in Delaware Water Gap, PA at 6:00 pm, September 19th 2015 at the Presbyterian Church of the Mountain Fellowship House, Main Street, DWG 18327. It will be hosted by the Liberty-Water Gap Trail Extension Group.

Everyone is invited to join us, meet and greet the riders, guest speakers and dignitaries, see the giant map of the whole route with light refreshments, compliments of the Village Farmer and Bakery!


Join the Tour

Flags will be flying! The Bicycle Tour will be coming through Portland on September 20th between 8:15 and 8:45 in the morning. They will be coming down 611 from DWG through the Gap in to Portland. A short meet and greet with the riders will be at the PA Bagel and Deli or if the weather is really good at the Portland Municipal Lot in town. They will then continue or the Walking Bridge on to the Liberty Trail into NJ and to the 911 Memorial in NYC. Come out and join the Town of Portland in honoring the ‘Heroes of September 11, 2001.
